We utilize GoToMeeting video conferencing, Skype, Google Docs, Basecamp and other technology innovations as a solution.  We document and record meetings and brainstorming sessions for easy review.  Our clients are kept fully informed and always aware of what we are doing and how we are doing it.

At Matthew Alexander Group, each client has their own dedicated Client Account Executive whose sole purpose is to inform and ensure the satisfaction of the client.   If you’re not happy, we’re not happy.  Our phones are always answered, our people are well-spoken and customer-oriented, and we are here 24/7.
