How Do We Do It?

When embarking on a new project, we utilize a five step process:

  1. DISCOVERY
    Every project begins with a face-to-face meeting with the client that includes a thorough Q & A session, an in-depth analysis of the target audience and understanding of the purpose of the project. Our Discovery process is heavily client-involved. Only after Discovery is completed does the Detail process begin.
  2. DETAIL
    Information is gathered, organized and a plan developed. All photography, graphics and artwork is created, gathered and approved. The client reviews the plan and approves it.
  3. DESIGN
    Concepts and text are crafted, fine-tuned, reviewed and approved.
  4. DEVELOPMENT
    The project is created and developed. First drafts/proofs are presented to the client and changes and fixes are made. Each piece of the project is perfected.
  5. DEPLOYMENT
    The project receives final approval from the client and is ready for deployment.
